TORTOOGA TERMS OF USE

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Tortooga website, mobile app, and services. By accessing or using Tortooga, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. ACCOUNT ACCESS

• You must be 18+ to register.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and activity.

2. PLATFORM LICENSE

• You receive a limited, revocable license to use the Platform.
• All content, software, and trademarks are owned by Tortooga.

3. PROHIBITED USES

You may not:

• Violate any law or regulation;
• Transmit malware;
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit any part of the Platform;
• Circumvent booking or payment features.

4. DISCLAIMERS

• Platform is provided "as is" with no warranties.
• Tortooga does not guarantee availability, reliability, or performance.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Tortooga is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
• Maximum liability is $100 USD.

6. TERMINATION

Tortooga may suspend or terminate access at any time.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware.
